Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Feedlot Program


In April of 1993, Polk Count Commissioners appointed East Polk SWCD and West Polk SWCD to administer the MPCA (MN Pollution Control Agency) Feedlot Program. Through this delegation, a County Feedlot Officer has been appointed in each District.

Monies received from MPCA to administer the State regulated program, is based on the number of registered feedlots within the county.
